CodeMiko Uses Shock Collar On Herself, Gets Twitch Ban

American streamer and YouTuber CodeMiko has been banned from Twitch for the eighth time after she used a shock collar live on her Twitch stream. Following the ban, CodeMiko's Twitch channel vanished with only a message saying "This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service" in its place. On Discord, CodeMiko shared with her followers that the ban was because of the shock collar (via Dexerto). Twitch Terms of Service specifies that the platform does not allow content "that glorifies, promotes, or encourages self-harm" and that activities that encourage "physically harmful behavior" is also prohibited, although these rules are not always consistently enforced. With All The Effort That Goes Into Taylor Swift’s Marketing, Does She Do Any Of It Herself?

Image
Highly-acclaimed singer-songwriter  Taylor Swift  has worked hard to get where she is. But as her empire continues to grow, it’s unclear just how much work Swift is investing, versus what might be handed off to her team. Taylor, who predicted her own success years before it happened, has invested a lot in developing her branding, from sharing playlists based on her writing tools (technically the styles) to releasing merchandise that comes straight from the lines of her songs. Given that Taylor’s empire is so huge (thanks to so many hit songs), fans have begun to wonder how much of it she controls, and how much is handed off to á´€ssistants and other team members to manage. Taylor Loves Connecting With Fans (And Leaving Surprises For Them)   Fans already know that Taylor cares about them a lot. Swifties have loved decoding her Easter eggs when it comes to album тιтles, the order of songs coming out of her “vault,” and more. Taylor has also long shared her relationship

Elden Ring Fan Recreates Malenia In Fortnite's Creative Mode

If you had the power to create whatever your heart desired, surely you would avoid re-creating one of the most fearsome bosses in Elden Ring. Right? Well, one Fortnite player decided to use Creative mode to do just that. Now, Malenia the Goddess of Rot is just chilling on an island…waiting. This Elden Ring and Fortnite collaboration comes from Reddit user MrEIectric. They posted a quick video of the Malenia creation in all her glory... literally. The build is the beautiful, winged version of the boss who appears to be wearing nothing but some butterflies. With her iconic orange blossom and outstretched sword, this is a wonderful homage to the fearsome Empyrean. And, don't worry, we're not leaving the Eastern Conference out of the party. The top three teams, Boston Celtics, Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers will combine for five game

The Last Of Us Episode 6 Sparks Debate Over Communism

The latest episode of The Last of Us has left plenty of discussion in its wake. Spoiler warning for the content ahead, for those who have not yet seen episode six. The eventful episode saw Joel and Ellie busting into a couple's home in the beginning, where they're warned off crossing a river as the other side is full of dead bodies. The pair do not heed these warnings. Turns out, there's a bustling community on the other side, with the thriving settlement understandably protected with a firm hand as Joel and Ellie are ambushed by armed horsemen and women. Joel is saved as his little bro Tommy is a major figure of the settlement. They're brought into the small town and a reunion occurs. The starring pair are then given a tour of this Wyoming community, with new character (for the show) Maria talking through its features, which leads to a moment that is kind of amusing but also educative. Viewers have certainly noticed. Related: The Last Of Us Is Pr
